History of LaSBA

Created in 2001, LaSBA, Retail Property Consultants, provides professional advisory services to  developers, owners, investors  and retail and leisure operators, in the field of Shopping Centres in Spain and Portugal and South America

With its particular vision, values and approach, the aim of the Company Company is to create added value for its  Clients, helping to minimize the risks to be taken in their development or investment decision processes in the Shopping Centres environment.

Throughout its years of existence, while providing a large range of professional Services covering development, investment and shopping centre management, LaSBA has been able to provide its professionalism, knowledge and experience in more than 20 shopping centre and retail Projects, each one handled in an individual and personalized manner.

A multidisciplinary and well-balanced team of  Consultants , entirely dedicated to the Shopping Centres, and integrated by specialists in the sector, assures a solution adapted to the needs of every Client and personalised solution for each specific project.

In 2006 it joins the Alliance  Up! United Partenrs to cover areas out of the national borders, such as in Moscow, Milan, Portugal, Middle East, the India and South America.

In the year 2008 LaSBA opens his office in Lisbon, where it had already been present professionally in previous occasions. Already in 2012 it begins the expansion into the South American market with the opening first of an office in Sao Paulo and later the beginning of the managerial activity in Colombia.
